I really enjoy writing notes on paper and an electronic device. I like the being able top write a journal entry on my laptop, because I can personalize it, and change a font, style, color of the font, the background color of a page, etc. A lot of times I may put an entry in my journal on my laptop, and then refer back to it, and handwrite it in my journal that I also keep with me. Either way, by having both options available to me, I can write about my thoughts and feelings, when it's convenient for me, and when I get inspired to write.
